Good morning/day/afternoon/evening,
Through this post, I, as one of the admins and the representative of all Lingkar authors, would like to say our deepest and most sincere apology for all of the artists whose artworks are used as pictures in our blog posts.
We never meant to claim any of the artworks as ours, nor that we meant to violate anyone's intellectual rights or copyrights in purpose. We never meant to do any plagiarism either. We admit that we've been using artworks taken from www.deviantart.com without any permission from the artists. However, that happens because we thought that it's a free source that can be used by anyone, and we don't know where or how to ask permission when we want to download and use the artworks. We also failed to present the name of the artists and the link to their websites properly to show that the works were theirs and not ours. It was because we thought that people can see the source-link of the pictures when they move the computer cursor to the pictures. We thought that it was enough. But, now, we know that it wasn't.
(Our big thanks to Jana for letting us know and realize our mistakes).
Therefore, we'd like to correct our mistakes and take some time to search the pictures sources once again and edit the posts by adding the name of the artists and their site links. But, like what I've said before, it will surely takes some time. Maybe even a lot of time.
However, if any artist still doesn't want us to use his/her artworks even if we've put his/her name and links in the post, please let us know. We'll be openly waiting for emails at:
the_sky_15_high@yahoo.com
And we'll make sure that we'll remove the artwork and won't use it anymore in our posts.
